Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to refusal of delivery or incorrect shipping information may be subject to:

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
